Guardianship Training for Attorneys

The Office of Public Guardian, Agency for Persons with Disabilities, and the Center for Special Needs Trust are sponsoring a training for attorneys.

June 19th, 2009 in Jacksonville
July, 10th, 2009 in West Palm Beach 
July 17th, 2009 in Sarasota
The registration fee for this event is $165 but will be waived for attorneys who satisfy ONE of the following THREE options.  (1) Complete the Florida Bar’s Low Fee Panel Application, (2) Volunteer with the Center for Guardian Advocacy, OR (3) Provide a written commitment to provide 10 hours of Pro Bono Guardianship legal services.  For more information or to register please visit www.guardianshiptraining.com.  The registration deadlines are listed on this website but are 15 days prior to the event, and space is limited.  For additional questions please contact the Office of Public Guardian toll-free at 1-866-615-0284 ext. 107.
