A Multistate Review of Professional Teaching Standards

The National Center for Education Evaluation and Regional Assistance within the Institute of Education Sciences has released the following report from REL West, “A Multistate Review of Professional Teaching Standards,” is a review of teaching standards in six states–California, Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas– and focuses on the structure, target audience, and selected content of the standards to inform California’s teaching standards revision.
